Jollof Rice
Senegal’s signature dish, Thieboudienne is a flavorful mix of seasoned rice, vegetables, and fish cooked in a rich tomato-based broth. Jollof Rice is also available with chicken or lamb.

Maafe
Maafe is a hearty West African peanut stew, slow-cooked with tender lamb or vegetables in a creamy, spiced sauce.

Yassa
Chicken Yassa features marinated chicken caramelized with onions and slow-cooked in a tangy lemon-mustard sauce.
Fataya
